Woodlake Durham, NC One of South Durham's most popular communities Woodlake is well situated and easily accessible to all points of Durham, Chapel Hill and the Triangle. It is less than 15 minutes from Duke University, Duke Medical Center and RTP with ~a 20 minute commute UNC and Chapel Hill. RDU International Airport is less than 20 minutes away. The homes offer affordability and nice modern features, most with nice yards, about 30% fenced, and some with very quick access to paved community walking paths. Community amenities also include a pool, clubhouse, lake, and a playground.

In 2008 in Woodlake, 44 homes sold through the MLS for an average price of $210,443 and an average price per SqFt of $124. This compares to 53 homes per year over the previous three years selling for average per SqFt of $118.
