6. Custom Search
In advance of your visit we will set up a customized ongoing search to keep you fully informed whenever a home comes on the market that matches your criteria.
7. Canvas Sellers
If you have particular needs, we will work to discover home options that are not currently on the market that meet your criteria.
8. Due Diligence
Once you have identified one or perhaps two homes that are right for you, we provide a list of recommended questions we will ask the seller on your behalf. We will encourage you to add to this list of information gathering questions.
9. Managing an Offer
Once you have everything you need, including our market analysis of the property to confidently proceed to write an offer, we can either meet in person, handle an offer by email or fax and have it ready to your satisfaction, within 4- 6 hours of your notifying us of your intent to make an offer -- whether you are still in town or have left town.
